SWITCHING ON IN SLC
What a buzz there has been in the Senior Learning Community classrooms in the last couple of weeks, as we could finally gather together again after a long time learning from home!
We have been working together in lots of different ways - reading out loud to each other, investigating during inquiry sessions, and teamwork games in Sport.
This term we have been learning about how energy is transferred and transformed. We have made the most of lots of hands-on tasks creating and experimenting with electrical circuits and switches, and changing electrical energy into heat, light, sound and movement energy. We will be applying our new learnings to design items that demonstrate these energy transformations in the coming weeks.
